Abstract

This Management Research Report presents an examination of employees’ attitudes towards elements of the benefits package currently offered to employees of Wyeth Biotech in Grange Castle, the largest integrated biotechnology facility in the world.

The report was written to provide Wyeth’s Human Resources Leadership Team with the employees’ feedback on a new employee benefits package that was introduced in Wyeth in January 2008 and to identify areas that need further development or redesign.

In order to find out how employees perceive new benefits, Electronic questionnaires were sent out to them. The analysis of collected data reviled interesting results. Some of key findings are: most of elements of the benefits package are highly valuable by employees and do not need improvements; a significant percentage of employees do not know have a satisfactory level of knowledge on offered benefits; employees are looking for more flexible approach to the benefits.
