This project's main aim is to highlight how the Internet has contributed towards the recruitment sector, whereby changing the process of how business was done and in some cases is still being done. The key drivers, pros and coils are discussed as well. The availability of online assessing tools and various other features are mentioned that have reduced the recruitment cycle and also put forward many innovative products like applicant tracking systems, resume writing and many others. These are benefits that the candidates receive from the competition. There is a summary of the interviews done for the staff of the recruitment department and are mentioned as part of this project. Survey from the users to check their preference for the whole online recruitment concept is also included.
The future looks bright for this line but majority of the experts say that 'traditional method' cannot be replaced by online recruitment.
