Abstract

Ireland has experienced unprecedented changes since the roar of the Celtic Tiger. The creation of so many jobs opened opportunity for either recruitment agencies to expand or for many such companies to be set up! What happens when all the jobs have been filled? If there is a downturn in the economy? Had they thought of this before? Did they think the Celtic Tiger would persist to roar forever? The future of the recruitment industry lies within the hands of the economy.
