This dissertation will analyse the change in the global economy and will ask the topical question of whether or not Globalisation is redistributing wealth from the richest to the poorest countries. Never before in history has the world witnessed such a rapid change in the global capital market.
Although I would like to explore many areas concerning this topic I realise that due to time constraints I will have to narrow my focus to one specific element of this process. Some readers might ask why I focus on the process of outsourcing? I feel that the only way to find an answer to this question is by examining the ground level of globalisation and explore the specifics. As outsourcing is the most important part of global business I deemed it a good place to start.
