Abstract

If the recruitment and selection process is conducted properly, it should obtain the right quality of employees to satisfy the human resource needs of a company at minimum cost, Armstrong, M. (2001). The focus of such a process is on matching the capabilities and inclinations of candidates against the demands and rewards inherent in a given job.
