Abstract

Business ethics and social responsibility is the area of business that examines the obligations of a company and those who manage it Good business ethics is the commitment of managers to choose and act in ways that benefit both interests of the organisation and society as a whole. The ideals of society have changed over the years, thus, standards have been raised and more is expected of companies nowadays. Companies that have not changed accordingly, find they are at a competitive disadvantage to those companies that have.
