Abstract

The main objective of JobFlow is to provide a communication and ticketing system for different departments within a large organisation with the end goal of ultimately replacing phone and email workflows with a simple to use web portal.

End users are able to raise requests via the JobFlow portal and workers are able to respond to tickets raised and plan their work better as well as management being able to set and monitor key metrics on the performance of the department using information gathered from the system.

This report outlines the requirements, the design implementation and testing of the system and the future uses and evolution of the system over time.
