I have decided to base my thesis on the methods that can be used by companies to obtain and maintain employee morale. I believe that what managers perceive as being most important to employees is in sharp contrast to what employees themselves consider as most desirable.
I intend to look at what a company can do to protect its most precious asset: its employee. Management needs to nurture, foster, maintain and build morale. There are many ways a company can do this.
