Abstract

The mission of the National College of Ireland (NCI) is to change lives through education within an inclusive, innovative and responsive learning environment. As a student centred institution the NCI supports students throughout the entire lifecycle of their studies which includes: pre-entry supports through to graduation.

In this paper the authors present an overview of the initiatives and access routes that the NCI utilises to mainstream equity, opportunity and success.
